Kyle Rank Recalled From Wheeling Nailers

WILKES-BARRE, PA - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins have recalled forward Kyle Rank from the Wheeling Nailers, it was announced on Friday.

Rank, 25, has appeared in 24 games with the Penguins this season, recording one assist. He began the season with Wheeling, recording 12 points (5+7) in 22 games with the Nailers before being recalled by Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on December 11, 2007.

In two stints with the Nailers this season, the Elmira, Ontario native has recorded 18 points (9+9) and 17 penalty minutes.

The graduate of St. Lawrence University was signed by Wilkes-Barre/Scranton as a free agent on June 11, 2007.
