Cedar Rapids, IA - Tonight's game between the Kane County Cougars and Cedar Rapids Kernels has been postponed due to persistent rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader, consisting of two, 7-inning games, on Thursday, May 1st beginning at 5:05 pm with the gates opening at 4:00 pm.
The Kernels continue a seven game home stand tomorrow at 5:05 pm against Kane County. It's a Z 102.9 Thirsty Thursday where 12 oz. draft beer and 20 oz. bottled soda and water are just $2 all game. Fans can also get $1 off margaritas at the Hacienda Las Glorias / La Cantina Mexican Cart. It's also a Little Caesar's College Night. Show your college ID at the Kernels Ticket Office and get two slices of Little Caesar's Pizza and a Club ticket for just $7. The current home stand continues through Sunday, May 4th.
