July 13, 2013 - Eastern League (EL1)
Harrisburg Senators News Release

Erie, PA - James Robbins hit a walk-off solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to give the Erie SeaWolves a 2-1 victory over the Harrisburg Senators on Saturday night at Jerry Uht Park.

It was the fifth home run of the season for Robbins and it came with one out off Senators reliever Ryan Perry, who had retired the first three batters he faced after coming on with one out in the eighth.

The Senators jumped on the board first in the third inning when Ricky Hague reached on an error with two out and came around to score on Brian Goodwin's RBI triple. It was his league-leading eighth three-bagger of the season.

The SeaWolves responded right away in the bottom of the inning with an RBI triple of their own off the bat of Daniel Fields.

Jon Link stifled the Senators offense, allowing just three hits in a complete game victory, all coming in the first four innings. He didn't walk a batter and struck out eight.

Nathan Karns was solid on the hill for the Senators in six innings of work. The right-hander surrendered just three hits, one run, walked two, and struck out nine. Matt Grace came on in relief and tossed an inning and one-third of shutout baseball.

Tomorrow, the Senators conclude their four-game set in Erie with the SeaWolves and look for a series win. Game time is 1:35 p.m. and the game can be heard on 1460am The Ticket, on the Internet through the Senators website, and it's available through iHeart Radio beginning with the pregame show at 1:20 p.m.
