Kansas Headlines 5th Wingstock Festival; Tickets Now on Sale

105.7 The Hawk and the Lakewood BlueClaws announced on Monday that Kansas will headline the 5th Wingstock Festival, to be held at FirstEnergy Park on October 16th and tickets are now on sale.

Gates to the park will open at 4 pm for the show. There will also be a Tailgate Party beginning at 2 pm in the parking lot that includes a classic car and bike show.

The all-day festival also features a wing cook-off and Vendor Village.

Additional acts and events will be announced as they become available.

Tickets are $26 in advance and $36 day of the event. They are available on the phone at 732-901-7000, online at BlueClaws.com or in person at the BlueClaws Box Office.

Fans can order a four-pack of tickets for $94 (pre-sale only) and save $10 on their order (must be ordered on the phone or in person).

VIP tickets are available for $105 and include a 90-minute buffet on a BlueClaws party deck, plus a Festival t-shirt and poster (must be ordered on the phone or in person).

$1 from all tickets will be donated to Ocean of Love, a Toms River-based charitable organization dedicated to helping Ocean County children with cancer and their families.

Kansas has produced eight gold albums, three sextuple-Platinum albums (Leftoverture, Point of Know Return, Best of), one platinum live album (Two for the Show) and a million-selling gold single, "Dust in the Wind."

They appeared on the Billboard charts for over 200 weeks throughout the 70's and 80's.

Carry On Wayward Son was the #2 most Played Track on classic rock radio in 1995 and went to #1 in 1997.
