JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The inaugural Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp season presented by Community First Credit Union continues Thursday, April 27, through Monday, May 1. The Jumbo Shrimp host the Mobile BayBears, Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels, for a five-game series with a promotional lineup including the following highlights:

Homestand parking information: With events around the sports complex, including the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL Draft Show Thursday, Welcome to Rockville Saturday and Sunday, and the Jacksonville Sharks game Saturday, fans are encouraged to arrive early and allow extra time to find parking.

On Thursday, April 27, FREE parking for the Jumbo Shrimp game is available at the Maxwell House and Lots Z, W, XX and Y.

Thursday, April 27, 7:05 p.m. (Gates open at 6 p.m.) Mavericks Live and Budweiser Thirsty Thursday: Fans can purchase $1 12-oz. and $2 24-oz. beers adjacent to the new Budweiser Tiki Terrace, on the left-field berm, at two locations on the right-field bleachers, and at the Oasis concession stand behind section 115. Friday, April 28, 7:05 p.m. (Gates open at 6 p.m.) NAPA AutoCare Family Fireworks: Fans may visit any participating NAPA AutoCare Center to get a FREE general admission ticket (reserved seat upgrade available at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville box office) for the Friday night game. At every Friday home game, the Jumbo Shrimp have postgame NAPA AutoCare Family Fireworks! Red Shirt Friday: Fans are encouraged to wear red to support the military and save $1 per ticket at the box office, or donate the $1 to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. The Jumbo Shrimp are wearing red "Bold City" jerseys for every Friday home game this season. Miller Lite and Wild Wing Café Happy Hour: Miller Lite beer specials are available in the new Craft Cave near the third-base gate from gates opening until 7:30 p.m. at every Friday home game. Wheel House Chef's Table: In the suite-level lounge open to all fans, the new Chef's Table serves premium items at a buffet for Friday and Saturday night games. Saturday, April 29, 6:05 p.m. (Gates open at 5 p.m.) Prawn Prize: Brightway Insurance Jumbo Shrimp T-Shirt Giveaway: The first 1,000 fans receive a free Jumbo Shrimp jersey shirt, courtesy Brightway Insurance. Scout Night: The annual Scout Night Sleepover in the outfield follows the game. For $15, each Scout will receive a reserved seat ticket, a hot dog and drink, a pregame Scout March and PA-Video Board welcome, plus re-entry for the campout. Following the game, kids 12 and under can run the bases. Each Sunday features FREE face painting and balloon animals. Baptist Health Stroke Awareness Day: From the Jumbo Shrimp and Baptist Health, fans can learn more about the signs and symptoms of stroke and what to do in an emergency. Monday, May 1, 12:05 p.m. (Gates open at 11 a.m.) Business Person Special: Join the Jumbo Shrimp for a midday matinee and get one 16-oz. soda or 12-oz. beer, a hot dog, chips and a reserved seat ticket for only $15! Purchase at the box office or call the box office at (904) 358-2846 to order. City Skip Day: Take the afternoon off and spend it with the Jumbo Shrimp! VyStar Credit Union Charity Begins at Home: The Jumbo Shrimp feature up to two different local nonprofits at each Jumbo Shrimp Monday home game. The local nonprofits raise awareness and funds throughout the night through ticket sales and the Launch-A-Ball promotion.
