The game marked the first win for Cincinnati on home ice against the Fuel this season.

The Fuel set a franchise record with seven goals in a singe game.

The team also tied the team mark for goals in a period with four in the opening frame.

Several players set career highs in a game: Peter Schneider - four points; Adam Lapsansky - three assists, four goals (North America only); Daniel Ciampini - two goals, three points.

SAT vs EVN 3-2 W

Nick Mattson scored his first pro goal and established a three-game point streak (1-3-4).

Cedrick Desjardins notched his first win in a Fuel uniform with 27 saves in 47:33 of work.

Rhett Bly scored his fourth goal in the last five games and now has 4-2-6 over that span.

Indy is almost done with its stretch of eight straight contests against divisional opponents, going 5-1-0-0 so far. They wrap the stretch with a home-and-home against the Cincinnati Cyclones this Friday and Saturday night.

TEAM NOTES

The Fuel set a franchise record with seven goals in a single game on Friday night against Evansvile.

The team also tied its mark for most goals in a period with four, established three times previously last season.

Indy is 20-2-1-0 when scoring three-or-more-goals in a game this season.

The Fuel is 22-6 when allowing two-or-fewer goals in a game.

Indy has won 9 of its last 12 games and in seven of those wins has scored exactly three goals.

In February, Indy will play only two games at home while contesting nine on the road.

SCOUT CAMPOUT

All scouts in attendance will receive a free patch and have the opportunity to take a shot on the Indiana Farmers Coliseum ice after the game!
