OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Brady Roland (WR, Iowa Barnstormers),
The Iowa Barnstormers topped the Spokane Empire 58-28 in Week 17 and have now won eleven consecutive games. WR Brady Roland continues to prove why he is one of the most dominant wide receivers in the IFL. Against the Empire, Roland caught four passes for 104 yards and three touchdowns. Roland made the first two scores for the Barnstormers on the night as he snagged long touchdown passes of 29 and 45 yards. The 2016 First Team All-IFL WR, finished his night with a staggering 26 yards per catch average. Roland and the Barnstormers face an epic showdown against the Sioux Falls Storm in Week 18, where the winner advances to the the IFL playoffs and the loser goes home.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Allen Chapman (DB, Arizona Rattlers)
The Arizona Rattlers continue to be the model of excellence on the field in the Intense Conference as the team won their seventh consecutive game, taking down the Cedar Rapids Titans 56-25. DB Allen Chapman proved to be all over the defensive secondary he helped set the tone for the game early as he snagged two interceptions, both in the first half. After a back and forth first quarter, Chapman's second interception helped the team extend their lead, of which they would not look back. Chapman finished the night leading the Rattlers in tackles with nine. He also had two pass breakups. The Arizona Rattlers travel to face the Colorado Crush in Week 18.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Miles Bergner (K,Colorado Crush)
After upsetting the Wichita Falls Nighthawks earlier in the season, the Colorado Crush almost upset the United Conference playoff hopeful again in Week 17 narrowly falling 54-52. The Crush stayed in contention with the Nighthawks in part to the stellar play of K Miles Bergner. Bergner had a perfect game from the kicker position as he converted all four of his field goals as well as all four of his extra point attempts. Two of Bergner's field goal conversions came from beyond forty yards (41,43). With his four field goals and four extra points, Bergner scored 16 points for the Crush. The Colorado Crush host the Arizona Rattlers in Week 18.
