Jacksonville, FL- The Jacksonville Icemen have purchased two billboards in Jacksonville as part of a marketing campaign to recruit LeBron James to play for the Icemen. The satirical ads read "HEY LEBRON, CAN YOU SKATE?"
A fan in Philadelphia started the billboard trend in February to recruit James to the 76ers and fans in Los Angeles and Cleveland followed with billboards of their own. James' current three-year contract with Cleveland has a player option for next season that James is expected to exercise.
