IceCaps Launch Mobile Site

St. John's IceCaps News Release
The St. John's IceCaps announced today they have launched their mobile website, designed specifically for users of iPhones, iPads, Blackberrys, and other handheld devices.
Fans can visit stjohnsicecaps.com on their mobile devices for a streamlined user experience wherever they may be. The mobile site has been created with adaptive technology to support numerous screen sizes and resolutions and enables fans to enjoy all the functions of the regular site, including videos, schedules, stats and team roster as well as breaking news stories. Additionally, fans can listen to IceCaps games right from their mobile devices by clicking the Listen Live button on game nights.
"Traffic to stjohnsicecaps.com continues to grow and we are continually striving to enhance our fans online experience," says Glenn Stanford, Governor and Chief Operating Officer of the St. John's IceCaps.
"Our mobile traffic has doubled in the past year and we recognized the need to provide a more efficient platform for delivering content to our fans. The alternations to our mobile site make it easier for our fans to stay connected with us when they want and how they want."
The IceCaps conclude their five-game road trip Saturday night against the Worcester Sharks (8:30 p.m. NL) and return for their final home stand on April 5.
