Hot Rods Announce Pre-Season Events

Bowling Green, KY- The Bowling Green Hot Rods, Class-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays, announced plans for the team's pre-season activities in Bowling Green. The highlight comes Tuesday, with the annual 'Meet The Team' event at Bowling Green Ballpark.

The Hot Rods players will sign autographs and pose for pictures with fans on Tuesday, April 3rd from 5:00pm-6:00pm. The players will then take part in an open workout, and fans are encouraged to stay.

"The 'Meet The Team' night is one of our staff's favorite nights of the season," Hot Rods Assistant GM Matt Ingram said. "The excitement on everyone's faces- our staff, the players, and especially the fans- makes the entire night fun for all involved."

The Hot Rods will provide posters and sharpies for autographs. The Box Office will be open for fans to purchase tickets for any regular season home game.

"The 'Meet The Team' event is our fans' way to welcome the players to southcentral Kentucky, and to show them what Bowling Green hospitality is all about." Ingram added.
