Rockford IceHogs News Release

ROCKFORD, Ill. -- The Rockford IceHogs seek to snap a three-game losing streak as they welcome the San Antonio Rampage to the BMO Harris Bank Center for the first time this season. Three of the teams' four games against one another went beyond regulation time, with San Antonio taking the season series 3-0-0-1.

Puck drop is at 7 p.m. and fans can tune in to all the action on Cozi TV 23.3 or Dish Network Channel 252, beginning with IceHogs Warmup at 6:30 p.m. IceHogs fans can also listen to the game at sportsfanradio1330.com or watch live at AHLlive.com (subscription required).

Matchup: The IceHogs (7-5-0-0, 4th Central) came up short in Iowa yesterday, extending their losing streak to a season-high three games with defeats in Cleveland and Milwaukee last week.

Forward Vinnie Hinostroza posted two points during the matchup against the Wild, and leads the team with 13 points (5g, 8a) on the season. Defenseman Erik Gustafsson's point streak ended in the loss, but he continues to lead the IceHogs blueliners in points, and ranks third among AHL defensemen with 10 points (3g, 7a).

San Antonio (7-3-1-0, 2nd Pacific) has dropped three of its last four games, but owned the series against the IceHogs in 2016-17 with three wins in four games.

Andrew Agozzino paces this year's team with 10 points (4g, 6a) in 10 games, followed by rookie Klim Kostin with 8 points (1g, 7a) of his own. Goaltenders Spencer Martin and Ville Husso have shared the load in net, and have recorded a combined 2.50 GAA and .904 save percentage.

Next Home Game: The IceHogs take on the Iowa Wild for the 2017-18 School Day Game at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 15. "Lunch Break" packages are available as well for $10 and include a ticket to the IceHogs game and a meal from Dickey's Barbeque Pit (fans can enter the arena beginning at 11:30 a.m. and stay through the end of the game). Tickets can be purchased at IceHogs.com, by calling (815) 968-5222 or in-person at the BMO Harris Bank Center Box Office.
