Sydney - Screaming Eagles have reassigned forwards Jacob Hickey (1998-05-15) and Avery Warner (1999-04-01).
The Screaming Eagles in a trade with the Armada acquired Hickey, 5'9", 175lbs, from Truro, NS, during the 2016 Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) Entry Draft for a tenth round pick.
Avery, 5'7", 157 lbs, Port Hawkesbury native, participated in his second straight training camp with the Eagles who drafted him in 14th round of the 2015 QMJHL draft.
The Screaming Eagles roster is currently down to 30. With the QMJHL August trade deadline set for Monday morning, the Eagles are expected to finalize the roster in the next couple of days.
