South Bend Silver Hawks News Release
South Bend, IN - With the growing popularity of Minor League Baseball and the increased interest in sports-related careers, the South Bend Silver Hawks want to share their stories with the Michiana community. The Silver Hawks Speakers Bureau has been formed to provide a free speaker to area organizations and schools, covering a wide range of topics.
The Silver Hawks Speakers Bureau will be led by radio broadcaster Owen Serey, and speeches can be booked immediately by calling the Silver Hawks front office at (574) 235-9988.
Potential speech topics include, but are not limited to:
- Former Silver Hawks in the Majors
- Minor League Baseball 101 (An Explanation of the Farm System)
- The Business of Minor League Baseball
- Sports Broadcasting
- Careers in Minor League Baseball
- The Silver Hawks in the Community
- The 2010 Season and Beyond (What to Expect in the Future)
