After finishing week six of the American Hockey League's 2012-2013 regular season with a 1-2-0-0 record, bringing their record to 5-6-1-1, the Hamilton Bulldogs will play three games in week seven. On Tuesday, November 20th, the 'Dogs will face the St. John's IceCaps (AHL Affiliate of the Winnipeg Jets) at 6:00 pm EST at Mile One Centre in St. John's, Newfoundland. The 'Dogs will remain in St. John's to face the 'Caps the very next night on Wednesday, November 21st at 6:00 pm EST. After their back-to-back series with the IceCaps, the Bulldogs will return home to Copps Coliseum on Sunday, November 25th to face the Lake Erie Monsters (AHL Affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche) at Copps Coliseum at 4:00pm EST.

Facing their division rivals the Rochester Americans for the fourth time this season, the Bulldogs lost their third game in a row, playing in front of 10,649 local students in their annual School Day game. Rochester beat Hamilton 4-1 as centre Joonas Nattinen scored his first goal of the season in the loss.

In the first half of a weekend home-and-home series between the Marlies and the Bulldogs, Hamilton came out with a 6-3 win over Toronto. Hamilton goaltender Cedrick Desjardins made his 2012-2012 debut, stopping 23 shots for the win. Centre Joonas Nattinen scored the game-winner for the Bulldogs, which was his second goal of the season, and second goal in as many games. Right Winger Alexander Avtsin, who was making his 2012-2013 debut, notched a goal and an assist while rookie defenceman Morgan Ellis scored his first professional goal. Eight different 'Dogs had two-point nights including winger Brendan Gallagher who scored two goals.

Closing out their home-and-home series, the Hamilton Bulldogs travelled to Ricoh Coliseum to face the Toronto Marlies and were defeated 6-1. Right winger Aaron Palushaj scored a short-handed goal while leading the 'Dogs in shots with three and tying winger Brendan Gallagher for the team lead in goals with five and points with eight.
