Montreal, February 13, 2018 - The Montreal Alouettes announced on Tuesday that national receiver Seydou Junior Haidara will remain with the club as he has signed a new one-year deal.
Haidara (6'1'', 215 lbs.) will play for a third season in Montreal in 2018. The former Université Laval Rouge et Or receiver has been a solid contributor on special teams with Montreal. In 16 games last season, the 28-year-old made five catches for 28 yards, while making two special teams tackles. In 70 career games with Montreal, Winnipeg and BC, Haidara caught 20 passes for gains of 163 yards.
