Golden State Warriors Re-Assign Jeremy Tyler to NBA D-League Affiliate Santa Cruz Warriors

NEW YORK, Jan. 20, 2013 - The Golden State Warriors today assigned second year center-forward Jeremy Tyler to the Santa Cruz Warriors, Golden State's NBA Development League affiliate. The assignment is the third of Tyler's career, second this season and the record 107th of the 2012-13 NBA and NBA D-League seasons, while Tyler is one of the record 50 players to have been assigned to the NBA D-League this season.

Tyler (6-10, 260) has appeared in 16 games for Golden State this season, averaging 1.1 points and 3.1 minutes. In 58 career NBA games, Tyler averaged 3.8 points, 2.6 rebounds and 10.6 minutes.

During his first stint with Santa Cruz this season, Tyler appeared in four games for the Warriors, averaging 15.0 points 8.3 rebounds and 30.5 minutes.

Tyler is expected to join Santa Cruz today and be available when the team hosts the Erie BayHawks tonight.
