Erie BayHawks News Release
Erie, Pennsylvania, Wednesday, December 19 - The Erie BayHawks have officially signed forward Kyle Goldcamp to their roster today following a week on the team's practice roster. To make room for Goldcamp, Erie has transferred Erik Daniels to the inactive list due to a left ankle injury.
Following a highly successful career at Erie's Gannon University, Goldcamp played three seasons for the BayHawks, culminating in a career high 14.0 points and 8.4 rebounds per game during the 2011-12 season. Following the season, he joined BayHawks teammate Mychel Thompson on the New York Knicks Las Vegas Summer League roster where he worked with the Knicks coaching staff. He is expected to play this weekend.
The BayHawks return to action this Friday as they square off against the Springfield Amor at the Massmutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. Erie returns home on Friday, December 28 to face defending Development League champion Austin at 7:00 PM.
