Giveaways, Promotions Highlight Upcoming Month

Springfield, Mass. - The Springfield Falcons will have exciting giveaways and promotions over the next month, making the experience of attending a game at the MassMutual Center even more thrilling.
Friday, Feb. 1 is "Pride Stations & Stores Night at The Nest" as the Falcons host the Syracuse Crunch, and fans are invited to take advantage of special ticket discounts by logging onto Pride's Facebook page at Facebook.com/PrideStores.
On Sunday, Feb. 10, when Springfield welcomes the Portland Pirates to The Nest, the first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a free Falcons baseball hat, courtesy of the University of New Haven.
Springfield takes on Portland on Saturday, Feb. 16, and the Falcons will give away a free winter hat to the first 1,000 fans, courtesy of Health New England.
The Falcons will hold their annual team poster giveaway, courtesy of Friendly's, on Sunday, Feb. 17 against the Adirondack Phantoms. Following the action, fans are invited to participate in a postgame skate, presented by Western New England University, before having their posters signed by Falcons players.
As a preview to St. Patrick's Day, the Falcons will hold "Irish Night" on Friday, Mar. 1 when they meet the Phantoms at The Nest. Springfield will wear green specialty jerseys as part of that night's Irish celebration.
One day later, the Falcons battle the Providence Bruins on Saturday, Mar. 2, and Springfield will wear specialty jerseys again, this time for the annual "Pink in the Rink Night." The first 2,000 fans will receive pink thundersticks, courtesy of TD Bank, and proceeds from a silent jersey auction on the MassMutual Center concourse that night will benefit the Mary Kay Foundation. Each of that evening's specialty jerseys will be up for auction that evening to benefit this great cause.
To close out the weekend, the Falcons will hand out blue youth jerseys courtesy of Dunkin' Donuts to the first 1,000 fans 12 and under when Springfield hosts the Worcester Sharks in a battle of the Bay State on Sunday, Mar. 3. Fans can skate with their favorite Falcons players on the MassMutual Center ice following that day's game.
Fans in attendance at all Friday games at The Nest are also eligible to win a brand new, high-definition television courtesy of Manny's TV & Appliances as part of "Flat-Screen Friday." Each Saturday contest at the MassMutual Center is "Cycle Saturday," during which fans can enter to win a free bicycle, courtesy of Gus Coelho Auto Repair at 442 Holyoke St. in Ludlow.
All Friday and Saturday games at the MassMutual Center begin at 7:00 p.m. Sunday contests start at 3:00 p.m.
Single-game tickets to see the Falcons in 2012-2013 can be purchased at the MassMutual Center Box Office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. through game time on Saturday home dates, and starting four hours prior to Sunday home contests.
