TONIGHT'S MATCHUP: The Thunder hit the ice for the first time in some time on home ice as they host the ECHL leading Florida Everblades for the first of two meetings between the two teams this week in Glens Falls. The Thunder are coming off of an eight-game road trip, which concluded with a 3-2 victory over the Utah Grizzlies on Saturday evening in West Valley City, UT.

IT'S BEEN AWHILE: Tonight's home game will be the first for the Thunder will be their first since November 1, when the Thunder hosted the Manchester Monarchs. The Thunder, who went eight road games and 21 days in between home games, are coming off of an eight game road trip, on which they took 11 of a possible 16 points with a 5-2-1 record, including two wins in three games last week in Utah.

DO THE MATH-IEU: Defenseman Mathieu Brodeur continues to lead the offensive attack from the blueline, a pair of assists in Saturday's victory. The 6-6 defenseman now has 13 points (3-10-13) in 11 games on the season, tops amongst all Thunder defensemen and fifth league-wide. A season ago, Brodeur was tied with Patch Alber for the lead on the Adirondack blueline with 30 points (9-21-30).

BABY GOT MAC: Adirondack Thunder Captain Peter MacArthur scored again in Saturday's victory over the Grizzlies as he extended his goal-scoring streak to three games. The 5-10 winger opened the scoring with a first-period tally and now has four goals and eight points on the season. MacArthur finished third on the team in points (8-28-36) a season ago.

FREE MASONS: Adirondack Thunder netminder Mason McDonald has assumed sole possession of the number one goaltending position as Ken Appleby was reassigned from the Thunder to the AHL's Albany Devils. McDonald responded with a 32 save effort in Saturday's win over Utah, as he picked up his fifth victory of the season. The first-year professional has a 5-2-2 record in nine starts to compliment a 2.72 goals against average and a .886 save percentage.

HOME ALONEY: Adirondack forward Ty Loney picked up a goal and an assist on Saturday as he continues to lead the Thunder in scoring. The 6-4 winger now has 15 points (6-9-15) on the season, which moves him two points clear of his nearest teammate. Loney is currently in his second ECHL season after he advanced to the Kelly Cup Finals in 2016 with the Wheeling Nailers.

BACK-TO-BACK BEAUTIES: The Adirondack Thunder won in the second game of a back-to-back on Saturday, the fifth time this season the team has played on two straight nights. The Thunder are now 4-1-0-0 in such scenarios to date. A season ago, Adirondack was amongst the best in the ECHL with an 18-9-2 record in the second and third games in back-to-back scenarios, good for 38 points.
