WHAT: ECHL REGULAR SEASON GAME

WHERE: Glens Falls Civic Center - Glens Falls, NY

TONIGHT'S MATCHUP: The Thunder square off with the Wheeling Nailers for the second straight night in the middle game of their three-in-three set this weekend. After a 5-2 victory by the Nailers last evening, Adirondack is now four points ahead of Wheeling for the final playoff spot in the North Division with Adirondack owning one game in hand.

TUG OF WARD: Thunder forward Brian Ward followed up his first career professional hat trick with another goal in last night's defeat as he scored midway through the second period. Ward's goal was his 21st of the season which ties him with defenseman Stepan Falkovsky for the team lead. The 21 goals also rank Ward tied for eighth league-wide amongst first-year players.

THE SIX PISTOLS: Thunder forward Dennis Kravchenko collected yet another assist in last night's game as he extended his scoring streak to six straight games. The rookie forward has amassed seven points (1-6-7) over his streak and now has 35 points (14-21-35) in 36 games played on the season. Kravchenko's .97 points-per-game average ranks seventh among first-year players with at least 35 games played.

WE'RE GOING STREAKING: In addition to Kravchenko's six-game scoring streak, each of the other four Thunder skaters that collected a point yesterday extended a scoring streak. Brian Ward has now picked up a point in five straight games, while James Henry's streak now sits at four games. Defenseman Alex Wall and forward Cullen Bradshaw have now collected a point in back-to-back games.

ANDERSON OF A GUN: Goaltender J.P. Anderson rejoined the Thunder yesterday and appeared in last night's game in relief of starter Drew Fielding. Anderson turned aside 11 of the 12 shots he faced in his first action since February 18. Anderson spent the last two weeks in the AHL with the Toronto Marlies, where he did not appear in any game action. The 6-0 goaltender has skated in one AHL game this season with the Albany Devils.

BIG TIME TIMMY JIM: Adirondack forward Tim Harrison made his professional debut in last night's defeat. The 6-3 forward joined the Thunder just this week on an ATO from Colgate University. Harrison, a 2013 sixth-round draft pick of the Calgary Flames, comes to the Thunder after four seasons at with the Raiders, where he led the team with 11 goals during the 2016-17 NCAA season.

THE INCREDIBLE CULK: Adirondack received reinforcements in advance of today's game as defenseman Ryan Culkin rejoined the Thunder from the AHL's Stockton Heat. Culkin has collected six points (1-5-6) over five games played with Adirondack this season, including his first career ECHL goal on January 21 in Norfolk. The 6-2 defenseman has skated in 19 games with the Heat this season and 83 in his AHL career.
