TONIGHT'S MATCHUP: The Thunder complete their three-in-three set this weekend in South Carolina with their final meeting this season against the Stingrays. Adirondack enters the weekend with two of a possible four points, courtesy of a pair of overtime defeats against the Atlanta Gladiators.

GAME OVER-TIME: Adirondack came from behind in the third period to tie the game late but fell in games that extended past 60 minutes for the third straight game in yesterday's overtime loss. The Thunder fell to just 1-6 in overtime contests in the defeat, in contrast to their 5-2 record a season ago in overtime games. Combined with their shootout record, Adirondack is now 3-10 in games that have gone past regulation.

FLAIR FOR THE DRAMATIC: Adirondack got the game-tying goal from Gunnar Hughes with just 22 seconds remaining in regulation last night, which marked the third time this season that the Thunder have tied a game in the final 30 seconds of regulation. Peter MacArthur scored with 18 seconds left on 2/14 against Reading, while Dana Fraser scored with just seven seconds left on 1/13 against Manchester.

DENNIS THE MENACE: Adirondack forward Dennis Kravchenko collected a goal and an assist in last night's defeat to lead all Thunder skaters. Kravchenko's two points gave him his seventh multi-point game of the season and his second in as many nights. Kravchenko became the 10th Thunder player to reach the 10-goal plateau on Friday as Adirondack joined Fort Wayne, Manchester and Orlando as the only teams with 10, 10-goal scorers.

MURPHY'S LOUGH: The Thunder got a third-period goal from defenseman Kevin Lough last night, the first goal of his professional career. The 5-11 blueliner, currently in his first full professional season, scored with 2:47 left in regulation to bring Adirondack to within a goal. On the season, Lough has now collected 11 points (1-10-11) in 36 games played.

TOP GUNN: Adirondack tied the game late to force overtime as forward Gunnar Hughes scored with just 22 seconds remaining in regulation. The goal for Hughes was his eighth of the season and the 19th of his professional career. The St. Lawrence University graduate has now collected 18 points (8-10-18) in 47 games this season and currently ranks first in Thunder franchise history with 110 games played with the team.

STING THE RAYS: Adirondack and South Carolina have met just once this season, on February 7, which resulted in a 3-2 victory for the Thunder at the Glens Falls Civic Center as Stepan Falkovsky scored the game-winning goal late in the third period. In franchise history, including the postseason, the Thunder have gone 6-4-1against South Carolina, which included a seven-game playoff series in 2016.
