Frontenacs Acquire Hietkamp from Petes

Kingston-General Manager Doug Gilmour announced today that the Kingston Frontenacs have acquired forward Luke Hietkamp from the Peterborough Petes in exchange for their 5th round selection in the 2013 OHL Priority Selection and a conditional 6th round selection in the 2014 OHL Priority Selection.
"Luke plays with a lot of character and we are excited to add his grit and size to our club," said General Manager Doug Gilmour.
Hietkamp, a right winger, who stands 6'2" at 204 lbs., was selected by Peterborough in the 2009 OHL Priority Selection. The Frontenacs are in action for their last home games before the holiday break tomorrow night at 7 p.m. when they face the Mississauga Steelheads.
