Frigid Temps Postpone LumberKings

Clinton, IA - The LumberKings and Timber Rattlers have been postponed due to inclement weather. The two teams will kick off their three-game series with a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 4:00 PM CT at Ashford University Field.
Ashford University Night will now be part of the doubleheader Saturday with the post-game fireworks extravaganza coming after game two. The Earth Day promotion featuring the school folder giveaway courtesy of the Clinton County Area Solid Waste Agency will go on as scheduled Saturday.
The Timber Rattlers do not return to Clinton in the first half of the 2013 season. Therefore, Friday's postponement will be made up when the LumberKings travel to Appleton from May 8-10.
