Frederik Cabana Reassigned From Phantoms To Sea Wolves

BILOXI, MS - The Mississippi Sea Wolves announced on Thursday that forward Frederik Cabana was reassigned to Mississippi from the American Hockey League's Philadelphia Phantoms.

Selected in the 6th round (171st overall) by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft, Cabana played four seasons in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League with the Halifax Mooseheads, where he was a team mate of current Sea Wolves defensemen Michael Couch. In 259 games with Halifax, the 6-0, 200-pound Cabana scored 48 goals and 79 assists over four seasons. The Fleurimont, Qc.-native spent the last two seasons with the Phantoms, scoring 13 goals and 22 assists in 109 regular season games.
