Forward Louie Caporusso Reassigned to Binghamton

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that forward Louie Caporusso has been reassigned by the club's National Hockey League affiliate Ottawa Senators from the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL to Binghamton.

Caporusso, 23, was recalled to Binghamton for the first time this season on Oct. 21. He has appeared in three games for the B-Sens this season, recording no points.

At the time of his recall the 5-10, 200-pound forward was the current active scoring leader for the Jackals. He recorded 45 points (19 goals, 26 assists) in 41 games with Elmira. He also leads the Jackals in plus/minus with a +15.

The B-Sens return to action tomorrow as they host the Syracuse Crunch at 7:05 p.m. Tickets are $19 for side seating and $18 for end seating.
