Orange County Flyers News Release

(Fullerton,Ca) The defending Champion Orange County Flyers return home to Goodwin Field at Cal State Fullerton this week for six important GBL games and even more big events.

The Flyers have games this Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights with the Chico Outlaws followed by a three game series with first half division winner St. George on Friday with a doubleheader on Saturday. And every night is going to be special.

Tuesday Night is the first of two nights saluting the Boys and Girls Clubs in Orange County. It is also Baseball Bingo Night with lots of fun and big prizes.

Wednesday is the second night of the Boys and Girls Club salute and it is also Weenie Wednesday with all Hot Dogs just $1.00 and kids in sports jerseys are let in free with a paid adult.

Thursday it is one of the most popular nights of the season when it's Thirsty Thursday with $2.00 Soda and Beer.

Then on Friday evening it's "Huntington Beach Surf-City Night" with the theme being Beach Night and Fun complete with a live Band before the game. It is also Scout Night with Boy and Girl Scouts being honored with Free Tickets.

Saturday night is the culmination of a great week of events with "Paint the Park Pink Night" highlighting the fight against breast cancer and sponsored by Avon. The Flyer players will all be wearing special Pink Jerseys that will be auctioned off after the game to help raise much needed funds. And as though that is not enough of an incentive to get you to the game - it is also "Phil Nevin Bobblehead Night" with the first 500 in attendance getting the bobblehead of the Flyer's manager.
