GREENVILLE, S.C., January 24 - The Florida Flame has acquired forward Duane Erwin from the NBA Development League available player pool.
Erwin, 6-9, 245, was acquired by the Fayetteville Patriots on December 6, 2005 and waived on January 11, 2006 after playing in eight games (one start). He averaged 19.5 minutes, 4.0 points and 4.5 rebounds. He is a rookie from Memphis that averaged 6.7 points and 6.1 rebounds for the Tigers last season.
