Five Sharks Selected to All-Star Team

Five Riversharks have been selected to participate in the 2009 Atlantic League All Star Game. Pitchers Nate Bump and Tracy Thorpe, as well as catcher Jason Jacobs, infielder Vito Chiaravollotti, and outfielder Wayne Lydon will represent the Liberty Division All Stars. The game is set for Tuesday, June 23, at Bears and Eagles Stadium in Newark, New Jersey, with the first pitch being thrown at 7:35 pm.
