Falcons reassign ten players to ECHL's Johnstown

Springfield, MA (September 28, 2005)- The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today they have reassigned 10 players to their ECHL affiliate the Johnstown Chiefs.
The following players were reassigned to Johnstown (ECHL): Jeremy Downs (D), Doug Andress (D), Tyler Kindle (D), Thierry Douville (D), Brett Peterson (D), Steve Cygan (C), Paul Caponigri (F), Jean Desrochers (C), Jason Spence (LW) and David Currie (G).
The Chiefs open their training camp on Sunday, October 9th when they hit the ice at 4:30 pm.
The 2005-2006 season presented by First National Bank begins on Saturday October 22nd, when the Chiefs host the Reading Royals at 7:30 p.m. Season tickets and sponsorships for the upcoming season are still available by calling the Chiefs office at (814) 539-1799 or 1-800-SLAPSHOT.
