Evan Bell Commits to Penn State

FARGO, ND - Fargo Force defenseman Evan Bell has committed to play college hockey at Penn State University at the end of his junior hockey career.
Bell, a Livonia, MI native, is in his third season in the USHL. He began with the Force in 2015-16 and has played in a total of 135 games in his junior career tallying 32 points. Twelve of those points have come this season alone throughout just 18 games. He currently has six points in the last five games played. The defenseman has a plus/minus rating of +9. He currently sits 11th overall amongst defenseman in the USHL in points per game.
"It's a great honor to announce my commitment to Penn State University," said Bell. "I want to thank my family, friends, and coaches for all their support over the years. In talking to the coaching staff there and also getting the chance to go on a visit, I knew I could see myself there for the rest of my college career. Penn State has such a rich history that I look forward to add to."
The Fargo Force are on the road the next three weekends and return home to Scheels Arena March 16-17 for a weekend series versus the Dubuque Fighting Saints.
