Eskimos Sign 64 Kids to Honorary Contracts Today

Edmonton- The Edmonton Eskimos invite media to The Brick Field at Commonwealth Stadium today, at Noon when the team expands the squad by 64 players - for one day. Eskimos Vice President of Football Operations and General Manager Ed Hervey will sign the children, aged five to 13-years-old, to one-day deals as part of the Boston Pizza Eskimos for a Day contest.
Once the paperwork is complete, the newest and littlest rookies will run drills on field with their new teammates Eskimos Bryant Mitchell, Darius Morris, Tyler Thornton and Josh Woodman.
The day will also include lunch, courtesy of Boston Pizza, and a team photo.
Winners of the Boston Pizza Eskimos for A Day contest entered at Boston Pizza locations throughout Northern Alberta all season long.
