Eskimos Cheer Team Final Auditions Are Sunday

Edmonton- The Edmonton Eskimos invite media to the final auditions for the Eskimos Cheer Team, presented by Bedrock Homes, on Sunday, March 19, from 5:30 - 8 p.m. at the Commonwealth Recreation Centre in Multi-Purpose Room 6.
Among the panel of judges will be Eskimos defensive back Neil King and fullback Calvin McCarty.
The audition process started last month and included both dance tryouts and interview sessions. The stunt team was chosen earlier and the dance team will undergo the final round of tryouts on Sunday. Each cheer team prospect will perform two dances. The final team will be announced immediately following the auditions.
In addition to the 10 Green and Gold home games, the Eskimos Cheer Team, presented by Bedrock Homes, performs at many venues throughout the year and is active in community service.
