Tonight, the SeaWolves continue a six-game homestand as they begin a three-game series against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Toronto Blue Jays) at Jerry Uht Park. Yesterday afternoon, the SeaWolves seven-game winning streak came to an end as they dropped the series finale to Bowie 9-4. Erie held a 4-2 lead into the seventh inning, but the Baysox scored seven runs off of the Erie bullpen...The Fisher Cats enter tonight's game on a four-game losing streak. They were swept by Akron over the weekend...Today, lefty Josh Turley takes the mound for Erie making his 13th start, seventh with the SeaWolves and first against the Fisher Cats. Turley earned his first win in his last start at Akron on June 15, snapping a five-game losing streak. In the game, he allowed two runs on six hits with no walks and four strikeouts in six innings of work. Erie won the game 9-2...Righty Taylor Cole takes the mound for the Fisher Cats making his first start. Cole began the season with Class-A Dunedin where he made three starts, posting a 1-0 record and 4.70 ERA. He earned a win in his last start against Charlotte on June 14. In the game, he allowed five runs on seven hits with two walks and two strikeouts in 5.1 innings of work.
