Tonight, the SeaWolves look to extend their longest winning streak of the season as they take on the Bowie Baysox (Baltimore Orioles) in the middle game of a three-game series at Jerry Uht Park. Last night, the SeaWolves and Baysox went into the bottom of the fifth inning tied 2-2. The SeaWolves scored three runs in the bottom of the fifth and held off the Baysox late, taking the opening game of the series 5-4. The SeaWolves are currently on a six-game winning streak... Righty Spenser Watkins takes the mound for the SeaWolves making his Double-A debut tonight against Bowie. Watkins made two starts with Class-A West Michigan before serving a 50-game suspension. In two starts with West Michigan, Watkins went 1-0 with a 1.69 ERA. He struck out 12 batters in 10.2 innings of work... RHP Stefan Crichton takes the mound for Bowie making a spot start. It is Crichton's 21st appearance of the season, fourth start and fourth appearance (second start) against the SeaWolves. Crichton last appeared against New Hampshire in relief on June 12 tossing two scoreless innings, allowing two hits with a walk and a strikeout. In three appearances against the SeaWolves, Crichton has allowed two runs on seven hits with no walk and eight strikeouts in 7.1 innings.
