Dodge City Law Announce Extension with United Wireless Arena and City

The Dodge City Law, proud members of the Champions Indoor Football League (CIF) are pleased to announce a 3-year lease extension with the United Wireless Arena and City of Dodge City. " The United Wireless Arena and VenuWorks management are excited about the extension of our agreement with the DC Law Professional Indoor Football organization. "The Law has brought a quality sports product to this region and as the premier entertainment venue in Western Kansas, we are happy to be a part of their success. We look forward to expanding our relationship as we move into the upcoming season ", s aid Chris Ragland, United Wireless Arena General Manager.
Strategic planning has begun for the 2017 season and the organization will be planning open tryouts for the football team later this fall, as well as Gunpowder Girls, Ball Dolls and other game ops positions. One of the most noticeable changes being made will be the absence of co-owner, Ricky Bertz. Mr. Bertz has moved out of the area and on to a new opportunity within the CIF and will likely be the GM of another team if and when he visits the United Wireless Arena next. Coach Ponder says, "We wish him all the best in his future endeavors and look forward to seeing him around the league next year."
Joi and Sean Ponder will be running the day-to-day operations of the team and sharing the General Manager duties. "We have been blessed with amazing fans and outstanding community support and it has been such a fun and rewarding experience bringing the fun, fast, in-your-face action of professional indoor football to the UWA and communities here in Southwest Kansas, we are looking forward to 3 more years", says owner and marketing director, Joi Ponder.
