(Chicago, IL)... The Premier Basketball League officially announced today that the Detroit Panthers have been accepted and will begin play in the upcoming 2008/2009 season.
The Detroit ownership group is headed by Detroit native and successful businessman Kevin A. Carter, Chairman of the Carter Organization, Inc.
