Defenseman Brett Flemming Recalled from Reading

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League and the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League, today announced that defenseman Brett Flemming has been recalled from the Royals by the Capitals and reassigned to the Bears. Flemming, a second year pro who was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, has scored one goal, assisted on eight others, and registered forty-eight penalty minutes in twenty-four games with the Royals. This marks Flemming's first trip of the season to Hershey, where he played twenty-one games last season.

The Royals return to the Sovereign Center in Reading, Pennsylvania, on Friday, December 14 (7:05 pm) when the Fort Wayne Komets make their first visit ever to Reading. All fans 21 years of age and older will have a chance to win a trip to Orlando, Florida courtesy of Boscov's Travel and Apple Vacations. Also, on Friday night thanks to Xfinity, the world famous Zooperstars at the Sovereign Center to whip the crowd into a frenzy!
