De Souza, Dos Santos to Miss Next Three Games

CHICAGO -Sky centers Erika de Souza and Clarissa Dos Santos will miss the Chicago Sky's next three games as they fulfill national team duties.
De Souza and Dos Santos will represent Brazil in the 2016 Olympics and will begin preparation for competition in the upcoming week. As a result, the duo will miss Chicago's final three games before the start of the WNBA Olympic break.
Both de Souza and Dos Santos participated in the 2012 Olympics for Brazil's national team. In five games, de Souza averaged 16.2 points and 8.8 rebounds, and Dos Santos averaged 12.6 points and 9.0 rebounds. The team placed ninth in competition.
De Souza, in her 11th year in the WNBA, has appeared in all 21 of the Sky's games this season and is averaging 5.7 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. Dos Santos is averaging 1.9 points in 8.0 minutes per game in her second season with the Sky.
