Edmonton- The Edmonton Eskimos have signed international defensive end Phillip Hunt.
Hunt entered the CFL in 2009 with the Blue Bombers. In two seasons with Winnipeg, he recorded 64 defensive tackles and 18 quarterback sacks in 25 games.
The six-foot, 248-pound native of Texas went to the NFL in 2011. He spent time with the Philadelphia Eagles (2011-13), Indianapolis Colts (2014), Detroit Lions (2015) and New Orleans Saints (2015).
