Dallas Rattlers News Release

Charlotte, NC - The Dallas Rattlers lost 13-12 to the Charlotte Hounds after a second half comeback attempt fell short. The loss is the first defeat for the Dallas Rattlers as they head into a the second game of the week Sunday at home against the Denver Outlaws.

Both teams were evenly matched in the first half with the score sitting at seven at halftime. Attackman Ty Thompson led the Rattlers with three goals after two quarters.

The Hounds took control of the game's pace with four goals in the third quarter to put the Rattlers down 11-9 heading into the final quarter of play. The Rattlers, led by Thompson and fellow attackman Jordan Wolf, pushed the Hounds for a combined three goals but the deficit was too much to overcome as the Hounds consistently found the back of the net.

The Rattlers return to action Sunday, April 29 at 2 p.m. CDT in the team's first home game since relocating from Rochester, New York last November.
