Idaho Steelheads News Release

Boise, ID (11/23/12) - Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Brad Ralph announced Friday afternoon that defenseman Patrick Cullity has been loaned by the Idaho Steelheads to Springfield of the American Hockey League.

The 25-year-old has signed a standard player contract with Springfield and could spend the rest of the 2012-13 season with the Falcons.

Cullity was in his first season with the Steelheads after spending most of last season with Springfield at the highest level of minor-league hockey in North America. The steady blue-liner had five points (two goals, three assists) in 15 games with Idaho. He was acquired over the summer from the Utah Grizzlies to complete an earlier trade.

The Steelheads remain home this weekend for games Friday and Saturday against the defending ECHL Western Conference champion Las Vegas Wranglers. Puck drop each night is 7:10 PM at CenturyLink Arena in downtown Boise.

Partial-season ticket plans are still available, including the 20-voucher "Flex Plan," starting at just $249 per plan. Fans receive 20 vouchers redeemable at their convenience for any game during the regular season with lower-bowl and upper-bowl options. Contact the Steelheads front office at 383-0080 for more information or visit the team's website at www.idahosteelheads.com .
