Myrtle Beach Pelicans News Release
The Chicago Cubs have announced the following rosters moves affecting the Myrtle Beach Pelicans: OF Rashad Crawford has been placed on the 7-day disabled list, retroactive to Tuesday, April 19. LHP Tyler Ihrig has been assigned to Myrtle Beach from Triple-A Iowa and activated from the 7-day disabled list. RHP James Pugliese has been assigned to Myrtle Beach from Double-A Tennessee and placed on the 7-day disabled list. Ihrig will wear No. 27 and Pugliese will wear No. 55.

To Myrtle Beach, from Iowa, activated from DL: LHP Tyler Ihrig (No. 27)
To Myrtle Beach, from Tennessee, placed on 7-day disabled list: RHP James Pugliese (No. 55)
Ihrig began the year on the Pelicans' DL before being assigned to Iowa and making a spot start on April 14. He allowed just one run on three hits in 4.0 innings, walking one and fanning one.
Pugliese pitched a 3.60 ERA in three games for Myrtle Beach before getting assigned to Tennessee on April 18. He surrendered one run on four hits in four innings over two outings with the Smokies.
Crawford is batting .333/.404/.595 on the season, with four doubles, two triples and one home run. He began each of his last three starts with an extra-base hit.
The Myrtle Beach Pelicans' active roster stands at 25 players with four players on the disabled list.
