 Kalamazoo Wings

Countdown to Face-Off vs Cincinnati

November 2, 2012 - ECHL (ECHL)
Kalamazoo Wings News Release

For the second-straight game, the Kalamazoo Wings will lace up their skates to battle the Cincinnati Cyclones. Cincinnati took the inaugural meeting of the season with a goal from Garrett Wilson with 38 seconds remaining on Wednesday night.

Watching their four-game winning streak come to an end two nights ago, the K-Wings will try to preserve their home winning streak. Kalamazoo, who starts a season-long five-game home stand this evening, is a perfect 3-0-0-0 at Wings Stadium this season.

After a win on Wednesday created a tie between Cincinnati and Kalamazoo atop the North Division, the Cyclones will try to break the gridlock and in the process extend a six-game unbeaten streak. The only team in the league not to lose in regulation, Cincinnati has rattled off a record of 6-0-2-0 during the stretch.
