CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors announced today that the team has signed d-man Frankie Simonelli to an American Hockey League (AHL) contract for the 2016-17 season. Stay up to date with who is signed with the team's roster tracker available.
SIMONELLI - stats (23 years old, 5'11", 201 lbs., Bensenville, Illinois)
Has played 58 games at the AHL level, all with Providence, over the last two seasons with 11 points (3g-8a) and a +4In the ECHL, he had 10 points (1g-9a) in 19 regular season games along with 10 points (3g-7a) in 24 postseason contests as he helped the South Carolina Stingrays advance to the 2015 Kelly Cup FinalsPlayed four seasons at the University of Wisconsin and was a second-team All-Big Ten selection as a senior in 2013-14 Amassed a collegiate career high in goals with six and matched his career high in points with 19 in 37 games that same seasonWon a World Junior Championship (U18) Gold Medal for the United States in 2009-10
