PROMOTIONAL NOTES:
During tonight's game the Condors will celebrate Elvis Presley's birthday. All Condors fans dressed like the "King of Rock-and-Roll" will receive $1.00 admission to the game and will be invited to take part in an Elvis impersonation contest during the first intermission. Also in memory of "the King," three fans will have a peanut butter and banana sandwich eating contest at center ice.
Tonight is also the CW Bakersfield & 106.1 KRAB Radio High School/College ID Night. All high school and college students receive $1.00 admission to the game by presenting their student ID at the Rabobank Arena box office.
The Condors, along with Mercy & Memorial Hospitals, present the season's first T.H.I.N.K. Night (Turn Hockey Into New Knowledge). Students who have achieved academic goals set by their schools are rewarded with free admission to Tuesday's game.

ROSTER UPDATE:
The Condors claimed RW Jason Kostadine off waivers Saturday. Kostadine started the season with the Augusta Lynx, putting up 3 points (1g, 2a) and 64 PIM in 32 games. F Eric Sonnenberg was placed on the 3-day IR on Saturday, and will be eligible to be activated on Jan. 8. D Jay Langager was transferred from the 3-day IR to the 7-day IR on Saturday, and will be eligible to be activated on Jan. 9. C Mike Hofstrand remains on the 30-day IR, and will be eligible to be activated on Jan. 25. G Jeff Pietrasiak was released on Saturday.
SERIES HISTORY:
The Condors and RoadRunners are meeting for the fourth time this season. The Condors won the first match-up in a high-scoring affair, 6-5, in Phoenix on Oct. 26. The RoadRunners took one from the Condors at The Nest in another high scoring event on Nov. 24, with a final score of 7-5. Phoenix also out- lasted Bakersfield, by the score of 3-2, in their most recent meeting two weeks ago in Phoenix. After tonight the two teams will meet four more times during the regular season, twice at The Nest and two more times at U.S. Airways Center in Phoenix.

Individual game tickets are on sale and may be purchased through Rabobank Arena Box Office, which is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday with extended hours on game days. Tickets may also be purchased by phone at 322-2525, online at www.bakersfieldcondors.com, or at any Ticketmaster location.
