Cole Martin Acquired from Atlanta Gladiators for Corey Fienhage

Norfolk, VA - The Norfolk Admirals announce today that Corey Fienhage has been traded to the Atlanta Gladiators for Cole Martin and future considerations.

Martin, 21, is a 6-foot, 174-pound defenseman who has played in 34 games split between the Idaho Steelheads and Atlanta Gladiators. As a rookie this year, Martin has amassed 3 goals and 5 assists for 8 points during the 2015-16 season. Norfolk welcomes the Arlington, TX native prior to the Admirals upcoming home game against the Reading Royals, Friday, February 12, 2016.

Fienhage, 25, returns to the Atlanta defensive corps after playing most of this season with the Utah Grizzlies. Dealt to the Admirals on February 8th, the 6-foot-3, 225-pound defenseman did not dress for any Norfolk contests this season. Fienhage was drafted by the Buffalo Sabers in the 3rd round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. Out of Apple Valley, MN, he previously played in 47 games for the Utah Grizzlies this season, tallying 11 assists and two goals.

The Admirals return home on Friday, February 12 with a 7:30 p.m. game against the Reading Royals. Ten-packs are available for purchase at the Admirals' Administrative Office inside Scope Arena.
