Cody Beach Reassigned to Evansville

Peoria Rivermen General Manager Kevin McDonald announced today that the St. Louis Blues have reassigned forward Cody Beach to their ECHL affiliate, the Evansville IceMen.

Beach, 20, played in five games during his most recent stint with the Rivermen. He scored his first AHL goal on Jan. 11 - his only point over the five games. Overall, he has a goal and five assists in 10 games with Peoria this year. Beach has seen action in 22 games with Evansville and has nine points (two goals, seven assists) and 81 penalty minutes.

Selected by the Blues in the fifth round (#134 overall) in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, Beach played three seasons in the Western Hockey League before turning pro this year.
