Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release

(Allentown, Pa.) - Phillies OF Cody Asche and LHP Mario Hollands are both scheduled to continue rehab assignments when the IronPigs host the Louisville Bats at Coca-Cola Park tonight at 7:05 p.m. Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network is the exclusive sponsor of all Major League rehabilitation appearances at Coca-Cola Park.

Asche, 25, has been on the Disabled List since suffering an oblique injury during Spring Training while Hollands, 27, has been sidelined since undergoing Tommy John surgery on 4/8/15.

Asche set career highs in numerous categories last year with the Phillies, including games (129), hits (104), home runs (12) and total bases (168) while making an early season transition from third baseman to left fielder. A former 4th round selection by the Phillies in 2011 out of the University of Nebraska, he made a rapid ascent through the Minor Leagues before making his Major League debut with the Phillies in 2013. In 121 career games with the IronPigs, he's hit an impressive .301 with 17 homers and 75 RBIs.

Hollands made his first Opening Day roster in 2014 and proceeded to set a Phillies record for most consecutive scoreless appearances by a rookie reliever at 19. Overall, he was 2-2 with a 4.40 ERA in 50 appearances during his rookie season. A former 10th round pick by the Phillies in 2010 out of UC Santa Barbara, Hollands had a brief stint with the IronPigs in 2012 (0-2, 9.24 ERA in 3 starts).

Tonight's game features a post-game Friday Night Fireworks show presented by Hardball Cider.
