Seating for the event is General Admission and tickets are $30 each. Gates open at 5:30. Tickets go to public sale on Friday, February 19, but you can order early through a special two-day presale opportunity beginning Wednesday, February 17. That offer will be e-mailed to you.

For information about on-field VIP tables, including dinner and drink service, contact Javier Urias at the YMCA, 361-882-1741.

On Purpose is Black's 21st album overall. To date, he's sold more than 20 million worldwide and racked up 57 charted singles, including 31 Top-10 hits and 22 No. 1 smashes. Songs like "A Better Man," "Killin' Time," "Like the Rain", "When I Said I Do," and "Nothin' But the Taillights" have garnered honors from the Country Music Association, The Academy of Country Music, The Grammys, and the American Music Awards, as well as membership in the cast of the Grand Ole Opry.

On Purpose, from Thirty Tigers Records, is comprised of 14 songs ranging from ballads such as "Only One Way to Live," "Stay Gone," "Breathing Air," and "The Last Day," to the spirited "Beer," and "Better and Worse," to the grooving "Time For That," "Doing It Now For Love," and "Summertime Song," to "You Still Get to Me," a duet with wife and fellow native Houstonian Lisa Hartman Black.

Black helped lead a movement of young talent that transformed country music into a multi-million dollar industry in the '90s.

Rose has produced six releases, including her debut album, Cut to Impress (2013).
