Clarke Named Sons of Hockey Star of the Week

Syracuse, NY - The Federal Hockey League announced today that Danville Dashers forward Brent Clarke has been selected as the Sons of Hockey Star of the Week for the period ending Dec. 20, 2015.
Clarke tallied three goals and four assists for seven points in three weekend games, helping the Dashers gain two wins on the weekend.
Clarke recorded a season high seven points in his return to the Dashers lineup on Friday night in Brewster. Recording a hat trick and assisting on four other goals, Brent helped the Dashers cruise to a 9-6 win over the Bulldogs.
A 29-year-old native of Bolton, Ontario, eight professional season. Currently sitting tied for 12th in FHL scoring, Clarke currently has 10 goals, 10 assists for 20 points and a plus/minus of +7.
Clarke coached the Watertown Wolves last season to a Commissioners Cup Championship before re-joining the FHL on-ice.
Clarke is the second Danville Dashers player to be named Sons of Hockey Star of the Week after Dalton McGrath (Nov. 6-8).
